MARS 2011 - DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
The new company Next House Nordic AB is handling sales and marketing of the Next House concept in the Nordic region. The Swedish knowledge and expertise in design and wood constructions have made Next House owner 32Group retain Next House development and production in Sweden.

On December 30:th 2010 an agreement on partnership was reached in New York between Thomas Mårtensson, founder of Next House and Mr Majid Pishyar, Chaiman of 32Group.32Group is a global holding company that works with long-term business strategies in areas such as Construction, Land Development, Manufacturing, Finance and Investments. Offices are located in New York, Dubai and Geneva.
NOVEMBER 2010: SEVEN VILLAS IN THE ARCHIPELAGO
Outside Stockholm, we are building seven design-villas in a unified cluster climbing along a dramatic mountain ridge. The plots are at Värmdö’s highest point, sloping steeply with breathtaking views over the nearby valley, hills and archipelago waters. These are houses with a unique character blending into nature in an exciting environment. Some were designed with a basement level to fit perfectly on the most dramatic plots.OKTOBER 2010: INTRODUCING NEW SLOPED ROOF
On Resarö near Vaxholm north of Stockholm, we are launching a new, sloped roof on the Théa Collection! In an area with many traditional houses, the recently completed M199 on one of the highest points is elegantly positioned in an almost untouched natural site. The sloped pitched roof gives new possibilities of site integration with sensitive zoning restrictions, while keeping the sharp Next House silhouette.OKTOBER 2010: BREATHTAKING VIEWS IN NORWAY
Next House in Norway built another house from the Théa collection. This time the location is the beautiful Lørenskog area outside of Oslo. An M237 was delivered to a truly unique site with excellent views over the open landscape.OKTOBER 2010: PROJEKT ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA
In Villefranche sur Mer, overlooking the legendary Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, is Next House’s first project on the Côte d’Azur. Set in the midst of century-old stone houses, the villa from Next House has landed like a bold black contemporary statement.MAY 2010 - NEW PARTNER AND OFFICE IN GENEVA
Next House established an office in Geneva together with our local partner. The first project is initiated in Vallas, beautifully situated along the way up to Verbier.
MAY 2010 - PROJECT AT ST. JEAN CAP FERRAT
Next House's first project in Southern France, more precisely in St. Jean Cap Ferrat is now started. The location is one of the more spectacular imaginable, overlooking the Mediterranean sea and Cap Ferrat. The village is famous for hosting many of the most exclusive private residences in Europe. At Next House we are very proud to have the opportunity to build a house on this specific plot. More pictures are coming soon.

Dagens Næringsliv, the leading business newspaper in Norway, featured Next House in an extensive article on industrially fabricated design-houses.
FEB 2010 - NEXT HOUSE IN OLYMPIC VILLAGE LILLEHAMMER, NORWAY.
On a beautiful location in the Olympic Village, Lillehammer, overlooking the mountains, Next House Norway completed the first house included in the project, a Large from the Collection Théa.
JAN 2010 - NEXT HOUSE ENTERED THE FRENCH MARKET
Next House have now opened the office in Paris, France. Our country manager Johan Fritzell leads the work on establishing an even stronger presence on the French market.

DEC 2009 - NEW ENTERPRISE RESOURCE SYSTEM
During the fall and winter Next House has implemented Pyramid as ERP. With this system installed both quality and efficiency of all deliveries will improve significantly.
